Mostic Inc - Siders in Canggu, and Ants in my salad dressing......?

Mostic Inc. - we cruised to Canggu today to find some small kine surf and while I was there I spotted a lil potential for skim... Little sider coming in and some open faces on the shore... Not for me but I'm sure Mo, AK, or Perry P. could have had some fun...! Startled a wild cat that looked at me as if he was planning on biting my face off and a lady carrying sarongs on her head. Explored a small temple and ate some great food, minus the ants we noticed were in the salad dressing ... Of course after we inhaled the plate of food without thinking... Extra protein I guess ... Yum...! I would have to say the most dangerous thing here is driving... Cars and mopeds everywhere going nuts passing and weaving but we made it safe.... Even after ignoring the cop Trying to pull us over and take our money....Soreeeeeee Yeah didn't see you vroooom , clean get away....! LoL...! Went and kicked it at a homies place in Kuta... Pool time and talking story for a bit... Found out that Bali is slowly growing to big and as usual greed is Turning a beautiful place into a concrete sh*t hole.... What once was rice patties is now developed poop....! Got back to the peninsula and caught 1 long wave at sunset and came in, grabbed some more food and now off to sleep...! ALOHA Y'ALL

Mostic Inc - Temples, Jungle River Caves, and Poo Poo coffee...! Curious?

Mostic Inc - Today the waves were not so good, so we decided to travel to the interior of Bali. We made the journey to Ubud. Ubud, a town in central Bali, is far removed from the drunken bikini scene in Kuta, and is regarded as the cultural centre of Bali. There are some remarkable architectural sights, artistic gems to be found, and a general feeling of well being to be enjoyed, all thanks to the spirit, surroundings, and climate of the place. Ubud has a known history back to the eighth century, when the Javanese Buddhist priest Rsi Marhandya came to Bali from Java, and meditated at the confluence of the two Wos rivers at Campuan. You may have heard of this place through the Novel Eat Pray Love. Where the heroin searches for enlightenment. Here's what is funny....
Acolytes have swarmed to Ubud looking for (and sometimes finding) places and people referenced in the book. The actual characters mentioned are surely sick and tired of rather desperate looking thirty-something single women turning up on their doorsteps. Just be aware though that Ubud cannot necessarily guarantee a remedy for every mid-life crisis.
Below you will see me in the Goa Gajah or elephant cave... My favorite, the carvings and surroundings are beautiful. We ventured deeper into the jungle here, and found a Buddha cave where the local bats were snoozing and even swam through the water temple cave with the rushing water. Awesome....!
After this we ventured up the volcano to try the Luak coffee..... the animal eats the coffee beans and poop them out...
The coffee beans in Luak's droppings are already piled-up, this differentiate with other coffee beans that are commonly processed in factory. In the digestion system of the Luak, the beans are having a chemical reaction mixed with the digestion enzymes of the Luak.These enzymes give a different taste in Luak Coffee.
If Luak Coffee is consumed, the taste is lighter, low acidity, and the texture is smooth. We did and it was good....! Enough history and surfing shall be my all day activity tomorrow... Sean Out....!

Mostic Inc - scored some great dawn patrol today with Rocky Canon ... Bombers ... Like second reef pipe roll ins that throw like crazy... Of course Rocky got the deepest and craziest ones....! Got an hour long massage for $12 .... Legit as fu*k... And had a great solo sunset session at impossibles and kissed the reef a little , but I'm alright... Small Kine scrapes on arm..., the only way to get shacked is to charge...! finished with an amazing dinner and off the sleep...!
